Ordering

Placing an order with Urban Trend Shop is simple. Browse our curated collections and select your preferred items. Choose the right size, color, and quantity, then click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout. Carefully enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order to receive an immediate confirmation email.

We accept payments through major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Urban Trend Shop Gift Cards. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your order summary and tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer two convenient shipping options. Standard Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, while Express Shipping delivers within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout depending on your location and selected method. International shipping is available in select countries, although customs fees or import duties may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Urban Trend Shop accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, simply visit our Returns & Exchanges page and complete the return request form with your order details. You will then be provided with the return address.

Customers may also request an exchange for a different size or color through the same process. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Gift Cards

Urban Trend Shop Gift Cards can easily be redeemed during checkout by entering your gift card code. Please note that gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Account & Security

You may shop as a guest or create an account for a more personalized experience. An account allows faster checkout, access to order tracking, and exclusive offers. Through your account dashboard, you can update personal information, shipping addresses, and passwords at any time.
